Wellfleet Partners, Inc. (WP) is a boutique investment and merchant banking, venture capital, financial services, advisory and consulting firm, which was founded by Mark I. Lev, Esq. in early 1998.  WP provides small and mid-size emerging growth companies with operational, financial, and strategic advisory services.  In particular: Core valuation of strategic assets; Structuring and financing acquisitions of key competitors or exogenous events; Structuring early stage finance, including debt and/or convertible equity; Merchant banking and management-led recapitalizations; Human capital strategy and management; and Due diligence WP has several strategic partnerships in London, England; Beijing, China; Raanana, Israel; Boca Raton, Florida; Southern California (Los Angeles & San Diego) as well as Northern California (Palo Alto). Since inception, WP has either rendered advisory services or closed financings (through its brokerage affiliates) in over 300 US and foreign companies and since January 2005, over 25 financings for 20 companies principally based in China.

Since its inception in 1989, U.S-based Tempest Systems, Inc.  has originated dozens of merger and acquisition transactions, initiated hundreds of business agreements (joint ventures, marketing, OEM licensing/bundling agreements, channel/distribution transactions), instigated thousands of enterprise-class client introductions, and placed hundreds of executives with client companies. Tempest’s clientele include a mix of U.S., European, and Asia-Pacific companies, with a particular emphasis on offshore technology start-ups seeking to launch in the United States and Canada.
