Ziv joined Bridgehead Alliance Ltd from GigaSpaces, where he was in charge of all marketing activities, during this time, the company grew its revenues by a factor of 10 within two years. Previously, Ziv ran Business Development and Marketing for InfoCyclone and Nareo, two software start-ups. Prior to Nareo, he was a Manager at Accenture strategic services in London. His primary area of focus was Telecommunications & High Tech, where he developed a distribution strategy for a European telecom equipment manufacturer and evaluated a partnering opportunity for an Irish telecom service provider, among other projects. Prior to Accenture, Ziv served as a senior submarine officer in the Israeli Navy. Ziv received his LL.B. (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University’s law school and holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainbleau.
Mr. Dudai is an experienced entrepreneur and manager, with more than 30 years of experience in M&As, fund raising and business consulting for Israeli industrial companies, construction companies and high-tech ventures. He served for 9 years as Ariel Sharon’s personal assistant and consultant at the Agriculture Ministry, Defence Ministry and a Ministry in the Prime Minister’s office. In 1995, Mr. Dudai received the Minister of Industry and Trade “Israeli Management Award” for over 5 years of supreme results in terms of financial growth of the companies he owned and managed, which made a positive contribution to the Israeli economy.
Prior to Establishing BridgeHead Alliance Ltd & DAY Business Development and Consulting Ltd. Avi was a shareholder and a Director of two multinational (American, Dutch and Israeli) technological ventures, developing security solutions.
Avi founded and served as the CEO of an investment company, focusing on large scale investments in complex industrial and construction projects. Among other projects, the company built and managed the most advanced Television Studios at the time in Israel.
Avi owned and managed an import / export company to countries that had no diplomatic relations with Israel at the time. Using this activity, mutual governmental projects were established in the scientific, military, and civilian fields.
Prior to Avi owned and managed a company representing a leading French firm specializing in advanced industrial construction. The company built part of the Municipal Library of Tel Aviv, and build one of the first buildings at the Tel Aviv University, among other buildings.
Over 10 years of entrepreneurial and management experience. Carmel joined BH after spending a year in Turkey, establishing a Turkish off-site record storage company.
Prior to that, he established and was the General Manager for 8 years of a services company in the Food & Beverages and Catering market. Carmel sold his shares at that company in 2004, while it was the leading company in its market.
In addition to that, Carmel was an entrepreneur of two start-up companies. In the first one that was established in 2000 he served as its COO. That start-up had developed a dating application basing on wireless internet. In the second one that was established in 2003 he served as its CEO. That start-up had developed credit cards applications based on information-kiosks.
Carmel worked for 2 years as an IT engineer and project manager in a software company that developed CRM software.
